Our Story
Growing up a fifth generation Rhode Islander has made me appreciate the ocean and all it has to offer. From beautiful beaches to afternoon boat rides, and fresh seafood- I can say I have truly been spoiled. When I moved to Tahoe I’d find myself getting homesick- not just for my family, but for the fresh seafood I’d been so used to eating my whole life.
After spending years working in other restaurants and bars I decided “why not bring my favorite East Coast flavors here to Tahoe?” Shuck Truck Catering is here to bring these authentic cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors to the comfort of your own home to share with your family and friends. There is no party too small or large, and we couldn’t be more excited to share my family recipes with you and yours.
